Southern Smokehouse ham steaks (aged 4-6 mo.) are cut approx 1/8" thick. Each package includes two bone-in center slices that are 5 oz. each (10 oz. per package). Steaks are closely trimmed for little or no waste and cut thinner for easy preperation. Works equally well in food service (easy portioning) or retail grocery applications.
