Select cuts of beef are mixed using our decades old recipe, then cooked and hickory smoked for a flavor unique to Burgers' Smokehouse. Our sausage is very lean and has a mild flavor. Shelf stable sausage does not require refrigeration so it's great in locations with limited or no cooler space. Great for camping, hunting, hiking or tailgating. Each package weighs 6-oz. ( 8 sticks). Ready to eat.
